TURKISH DELEGATION TO VISIT MOSCOW TO DISCUSS SYRIA

A number of Turkish officials will visit Russia on Saturday, Dec. 29, in order to discuss the latest developments in Syria.

The Turkish delegation will consist of Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, Defense Minister Hulusi Akar, Presidential Spokesperson İbrahim Kalın and National Intelligence Organization (MIT)’s chief Hakan Fidan.

On Tuesday, Cavusoglu announced plans to visit Moscow to discuss the withdrawal of US troops from Syria. Besides, President Erdogan does not rule out his talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin in the near future.
