The Syrian army troops continued to hit ISIS positions in Eastern Aleppo and drove the terrorists out of another key region near the strategic airbase of al-Jarrah.
Syrian soldiers managed to take back the village of Baylan, 200 meters away from Jarrah airbase.
According to reports, the ISIS terrorists have heavily fortified Jarrah airbase as the government forces are preparing to storm the strategic base.
Reports also said that the ISIS fighters have planted mines in lands near the airbase and have prepared a large number of their suicide cars.
After recapturing Jarrah airbase, Damascus forces plan to strike Southwards and liberate the Maskanah Plains, reaching the provincial border with Raqqa.
