Syrian army units moved have relocated from Damascus to eastern areas of Hama province to prepare for upcoming offensive operation against ISIS.

According to the reports, SAA’s 4th Mechanized Division and 5th Corps are getting ready to fight for al Salamiyah district which has been controlled by ISIS for more than two years.

Along with al Salamiyah the Syrian forces prepare an assault of Aqayrbat town considered to be the main stronghold of the terrorists in Hama province. The main supply route from Homs to Raqqa lies here.
