SAA building up forces to attack Jaysh Al Islam rebels  in East Ghouta, Damascus province.

Syrian army units already gained control over Harasta Highway that flows through Douma and Harasta. Rebels launched several assaults but fail to regain the territory and stop the SAA attack.
