Specialists from the Russian Center for Syrian Reconciliation delivered more than 1.5 tons of humanitarian aid to the Syrian civilians from the town of Talkalakh in the western Homs province.
Russian specialists had also deployed a medical post in the town and provide local residents with medical supplies. Russia has been providing the civilians of the crisis-torn Middle Eastern country with humanitarian aid for months.
In addition, more than 200kg of medicine destined for children undergoing treatment in the Tishreen University Hospital organized by the Fair Aid foundation was delivered to the Russian operated Khmeimim airbase in Latakia by a Russian Defense Ministry plane.
According to the reconciliation center, Russian specialists had provided medical assistance to more than 7,000 people since the beginning of the humanitarian actions.
