Abdelkarim al-Yusuf and Yahya Kharboutly, two members of Jaysh al-Izza group were killed by unknown attackers on the Hish-Khan Shaykhun road in Northern Hama. No one has claimed responsibility for the attack so far.
The areas under the opposition control suffer from a complete lack of security, caused by clashes among rival factions. This July was marked by an all-out conflict between Hayat Tahrir al-Sham and Ahrar al-Sham, two of the most powerful Islamic factions in northern Syria.
The clashes and skirmishes often results in civilian casualties and force local citizens to flee to the areas under government control.
