An exchange deal was reached between the Damascus authorities and the ISIS fighters holed up in Yarmouk Camp in southern Damascus.

The exchange deal’s terms are that in return for the Syrian Army’s release of female ISIS members and wives ISIS will return the bodies of two government fighters killed in the recent clashes in Tadamon district, which neighbors Yarmouk Camp.

Those deals are commonplace between all sides of the Syrian war.
