A humanitarian aid convoy delivers about 700 tons of foodstuffs to Deir Ezzor today. All the supply was brought through the land bridge which was opened by the government immediately after lifting the siege of the city.
Nine trucks loaded with 700 tons of food and other supplies for the eastern and western neighborhoods and the village of al-Jafra entered Deir Ezzor via the panorama road in the southwestern part of the city, less than 24 hours after the Syrian Arab Army had controlled and secured the main road to the city.
5,000 baskets containing free food and health items were distributed in Deir Ezzor in addition to 2,500 loaves in Hrabash district, while the Syrian Arab Red Crescent gave out humanitarian aid, including supplementary food items, to the residents in all neighborhoods.
On Tuesday SAA and its allies succeed to break the three-years blockade of Deir Ezzor.
