People held a demonstration in the Spanish capital, Madrid, to protest against US President Donald Trump’s military order against Syria.
Hundreds of people gathered outside the US embassy in central Madrid on Monday to condemn Washington’s recent strike against Syrian airfield in Homs province which killed and wounded several civilians.
The demonstrators held banners and placards reading, “No to the imperialist war. Stop the aggression against Syria,” “Have we forgotten about the refugees?” and “Why do governments not act?”
The Protesters also chanted slogans against NATO and US military involvement in the Middle East.
