According to the source on the ground, 2 ISIS senior commanders, Abu Zur al Tunisi and Bilal al Shawwash, have reportedly fled Raqqa city to rebel-held territories in Idlib province.
Two high-ranking ISIS commanders of Tunisian origin fled with several close followers with Egyptian backgrounds. Terrorists have reportedly joined Jabhat Fateh al Sham (formerly al Nusra Front) group. Jabhat Fateh al Sham controls much of Idlib province and is considered the main Islamist rival to ISIS in Syria.
