According to the source on the ground, 2 ISIS senior commanders, Abu Zur al Tunisi and Bilal al Shawwash, have reportedly fled Raqqa city to rebel-held territories in Idlib province.

Two high-ranking ISIS commanders of Tunisian origin fled with several close followers with Egyptian backgrounds.
