At least 250 Firqa 23 fighters and about 1000 rebels of other opposition groups  arrived to Marea city from Turkey.

After the regrouping militants will launch the offensive on Tell Rifat city. Then they are going to advance to eastern borders of Aleppo city to join Free Syrian Army.
